Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Gordon intends to issue a sole-source, firm-fixed price award to Foster & Freeman USA Inc., Sterling, Virginia IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Foster & Freeman USA Inc. is the manufacturer and sole distributor of the Crime-lite 82S and 82L light sources and MVC1000/02, MVC3000/D & MVC5000/D Superglue Fuming Cabinets supply items.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government shall consider all responses received by 29 September 2017 at 5:00pm Est. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. MICC - Fort Gordon will not responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice.
