The U.S. Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center, Norfolk, VA, intends to issue a sole source purchase order with Parker Hannifin Corp (Racor Division) and is the Sole Owner of the following award for the manufacture of the Village Marine RC7000PLUS/RC5000 reverse osmosis units. Parker Hannifin Corp will do a full assessment and groom of units The award will be made in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This purchase order will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all responses received within 2 days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete as a result of responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
