NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - This procurement action is being conducted under MMAR 6.302-1 with the authority of 41 U.S.C. 5 (3), as only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the requirement; therefore proposals cannot be submitted directly to this notice. The Government Publishing Office (GPO), intend to sole source this requirement to FUJIFILM North America Corporation, Hanover Park, IL 60133 for FUJI PLATES.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes, however, all information received by January 24, 2019 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Interested parties that believe they could satisfy the requirements listed above for GPO may clearly and unambiguously identify their capability to do so in writing on or before the response date for this notice. This notice of intent is not a solicitation. Information submitted in response to this notice will be used solely to determine whether competitive procedures could be used for this acquisition.
