FUELWOOD HARVEST - BLM ELY DISTRICT The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Nevada State Office has a requirement for a contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies and materials to manually harvest fuelwood on BLM administered land. Total maximum acres to be treated under this project (if all options are exercised) will be 647 acres. Project area is in the BLM Ely District, White Pine County, NV. The Service Contract Act (SCA) is applicable and the appropriate SCA Wage Decision will be included in the solicitation. The BLM will issue a Total Small Business Set-Aside competitive solicitation on/about May 27, 2020. The BLM anticipates issuing a single firm fixed price award from this solicitation. The competitive solicitation, 140L3920Q0034, is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.5, Set-Asides for Small Business. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 115310, Support Activities for Forestry, Fuels Management Services and the size standard is $20.5M (per the SBA's Table of Small Business Size Standards). A Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation package will be available electronically on or about Wednesday May 27, 2020 at www.fbo.gov and www.fedconnect.net. Quotes will be due no later than Monday June 15, 2020. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring www.fbo.gov and www.fedconnect.net for the release of the solicitation package, for any other pertinent information, and for downloading a complete copy of the solicitation package. The government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered and complete the online Representations and Certification in the System for Award Management (SAM) data base via website: http://www.sam.gov. Award will be based on Best Value to the Government in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low offeror(s).
