You are invited to submit a bid on the property listed on Sale 0637-S4402A (see attached). BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P. will conduct an Informal Bid Sale to dispose of this property, under the direction of the Defense Contract Management Agency and in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.245-1. The property is offered as One Lot therefore, your bid should reflect consideration for ALL items within that lot and is offered "as is - where is."
