I. PURPOSE The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Northwest Mountain Region, is requesting quotes for supply of an estimated 1,000 gallons of Liquid Petroleum (LP) to be delivered to the FAA facility at Sunny Hay Mountain in Alaska. All interested vendors are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this Request for Quote. II. SET-ASIDE INFORMATION This procurement is a total set-aside for small business concerns II. SCOPE OF WORK The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Northwest Mountain Region, intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price Purchase Order to deliver approximately 1,000 gallons of LP Gas (Propane) from a portable tank via helicopter to Sunny Hay Mountain in Alaska. The vendor is to furnish all labor and equipment to perform services, including but not limited to, labor, equipment rental (bobtail, flatbed, pump, hose, etc.) and helicopter services. NAICS Code: 424720, Petroleum and Petroleum Products Merchant Wholesalers (except Bulk Stations and Terminals) which has a SBA size standard of 100 employees. Anticipated delivery date is early to mid-April, 2013. III.
