Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) Orlando, FL is seeking input from industry regarding the attached intended strategy in preparation for its future work tasks to be awarded through a Fielded Training Systems Support III (FTSS III) multiple award contract (MAC) vehicle. A summary of the Governmentââ¬â¢s preliminary intended strategy and requirements is attached to this posting. The Government is seeking constructive comments from industry based on experiences competing in FTSS and other similar type services contracting vehicles.
Additionally, the Government is requesting capability statements from interested firms who are not awardees under the current FTSS II vehicle. Interested firms should submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than ten 8.5 x 11 inch pages, font no smaller than 10 point) demonstrating ability to perform the services listed in the attachment. All responses shall include organizational information such as firm name, address, business size, CAGE Code, and point of contact with telephone number and e-mail address. The FTSS II awardee firms are welcome to submit responses if desired.

The Government is open to meet with industry representatives. Telephonic communication or in-person meetings are encouraged and will be scheduled on an individual basis. Initial capability briefings, comments or requests for meetings in response to this posting should be received by the Government point of contact identified below by no later than close of business 18 March 2009.
For advance planning purposes, the Government is tentatively considering hosting an Industry Day in Orlando, FL related to this effort. A date has not been selected yet.
