Solicitation number W9132T21Q0023 is attached to this posting. The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL), has a requirement for interfaces for the existing Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy lab equipment to include the diffuse reflectance, external reflectance, grazing angle, and Ge ATR base and stands, to extend the capabilities of the Paint Technology Technical Center of Expertise (PTCx).
