SEEKS SOURCES FOR LEASED OFFICE

AND RELATED SPACE

FT. MYERS, FLORIDA

REQUIREMENT:       United States Government is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 690 square feet of rentable space.  Rentable space must yield a minimum of 600 contiguous ANSI/BOMA office area square feet, available for use by the Government for personnel, furnishings, and equipment.  The Government requires a minimum of 1 reserved parking space and four surface parking spaces.  Additional special requirements apply and will be addressed in the market survey and the subsequent solicitation for offers. Building must not be located within a 100 year flood plain.  The Government does not accept subleases.

LOCATION:                Space must be located within the following delineated area:

                             North:            Caloosahatchee River

                             South:            College Pkwy

                             East                US Hwy 41

                             West:              Winkler RD

TERM:                         The lease term will be ten (10) years with the Government having cancellation privileges after the first five (5) years with sixty (60) days written notice.

OWNERS/AGENTS:            To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by January 29, 2010.  Owners and Exclusive Agents only.  Anyone else must provide a letter of authorization from the building owner.
