This is a personal service contract at the Indian Health Service (IHS) Ft. McDermitt Health Clinic, 112 North Reservation Road, McDermitt, NV 89421-0457, who will serve as the Diabetes Wellness Program Worker for the Indian communities of McDermitt, Summit Lake, and Winnemucca, Nevada for a one year period. The Wellness Worker shall assist in developing and initiating an activity program for the communities. Jogging, walking, and dancing shall be promoted to stimulate increased emphasis on the potential diabetic.
