The Delaware National Guard, intends to award a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(i) to Carlisle Barracks of 46 Ashburn Dr Carlisle, PA 17013 for meals prescribed in Army Regulation 30-22. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement is based on prior procurement history showing no other capable/interested parties in the vicinity of training.

The Government contemplates award of a firm fixed price purchase order resulting from this notice.  Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
