Under the Authority of FAR 13.5(a) Sole Source Acquisitions, “Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items”, the Government plans to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract action with Cummins Inc. (CAGE 15434) under Modification P00001 to contract W56HZV-21-C-0133.  Interested vendors may submit a statement of interest and description of their capabilities for consideration.

ACC-DTA proposes to award as a modification to the one-year Firm Fixed Price Level of Effort (FFP-LOE) commercial service contract to Cummins, Inc., for the onsite Cummins V903 Engine Field Service Representative (FSR) technical support for diagnoses and repair of engine issues by increasing hours and adding an additional location.  Any work performed by the FSR in support of repairs which are covered under the Cummins Commercial Warranty contained in contract W56HZV-18-D-0024 shall not be invoiced against this modification.
