The Government is issuing a solicitation for the following item:

Noun: Foreign Support Representative (FSR) Support
Contract Type: Cost Plus Fixed Fee 
FOB: N/A

The solicitation will result in a 2 year Contract. The solicitation will be issued as a sole source procurement. The issue date is 22 October, 2020 with a response date of 23 November, 2020. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided.

This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract as set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-4, International Agreement. The Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to General Dynamics.

This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotes; however, all responsible and capable sources may submit statements of capabilities. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
