This project will consist of road reconditioning, haul, spreading and compacting aggregate surfacing material. The surfacing aggregate will be from a commercial source for a minimum combined distance and surface approximately 3.00 miles of FSR 2. The contractor shall be responsible to obtain all permits as required by Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) for the contractor’s methods of operation(s).  The project is located on the Williams Ranger District of the Kaibab National Forest located in Coconino County, Arizona
