DLA Troop Support is considering an acquisition for 18 NSNs in Federal Stock Class 8010 for an IDIQ long-term contract with a one (1) year base period and four (4) one  (1) year options. A list of the NSNs and Annual Estimated Quantities are listed as an attachment. Items must be supplied by a vendor on the Qualified Products List (QPL). This acquisition is for FOB Destination deliveries with material being delivered to Stock and Customer Direct. The required delivery schedule will be 30 days. Pricing will be submitted for the base year only. An EPA will be applied to the option years. Only FOB Destination pricing will be acceptable.
Please note that the annual estimates may be revised at the time of the solicitation to provide the most accurate and up to date information possible. Once issued, the solicitation will be posted on DIBBS, https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. All responsible sources will then be able to submit a proposal which shall be considered by DLA Troop Support. This solicitation will be evaluated on a "line by line" basis. Award will be made on a Price Only basis. The official technical requirements will be included in any solicitation.
