MODIFICATION TO SYNOPSIS ISSUED BECAUSE THE SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE IS AUGUST 14, 2015. THE CLOSING DATE IS SEPTEMBER 14, 2015.

The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 23 spare parts from Federal Supply Class 5985, Antennas. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with a three year base period and two one year options is anticipated. Applicable NAICS is 334220 and Small Business Size Standard is 750. Solicitation will be unrestricted with other than full and open competition.

Scope: In addition to the NSNs specified in the proposed solicitation, the scope of this contract includes all DLA and DOD managed NSNs for which EDO Corporation (00752) is the sole source. NSNs within this scope may be added to any resulting contract at a later date. The solicitation will include Clause 52.216-9006 - Addition/Deletion of Item to facilitate the addition of any future NSN.

The solicitation will be available on August 4, 2015, at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp/. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Origin is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery as described in the solicitation.

Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
