FAR part 13.5- Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items procedures will be used for this acquisition.
The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 2815011502198 and 2815014620515.  An Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) with a three-year base period with two options is anticipated.  The solicitation will be available on June 23, 2021, at
https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp/.  Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Origin (FDT) is required.
Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on RFP. All responsible sources may submit a quote. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of quotes, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and delivery as described in the solicitation.
