The purpose of this notice is to inform respective offerors that FSA Business Group will release the EBC request for proposal's otherwise called a solicitation in mid September 2013. We will revise this notice on occasion when we find it neccessary to announce changes in our requirement. Hence during the EBC conference held July 26, 2013, a question was asked regarding CMMI levels and the correct response is FSA will require each offeror to obtain CMMI level 3.
