The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for 1 each FRT MicroSpy Profile single sensor, non-contact, 2D and 3D optical profilometer 50 mm travel (150 mm size) x-y stage measuring system consisting of : Chromatic white light sensor with 3/10 nm vertical resolution and 100/300 um height range P/N: MSP 101 00. (Microsoft IE required). Items must be brand name or equal. Additional specifications and opening and closing dates will appear in the RFQ. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Copies of issued solicitations can only be obtained by downloading them from the Supply and Information Services Division website http://supply.nrl.navy.mil. This requirement will be available for downloading the 16^th day after publication of this synopsis. Prior to this date you will not be able to access this solicitation.
