Produce to be delivered to Torrance State Hospital for the period of July-September 30, 2024. The Department of Human Services, Torrance State Hospital is seeking a contractor to provide FROZEN VEGETABLES FOR DELIVERY FOR July-September 2024 to consumers located at State Route 1014, Torrance PA, Westmoreland County. Quantities listed are estimates and may increase or decrease based on the needs of the facility. Bidders will only bid on the acceptable brands, package size and codes as specified. All items to be in accordance with the attached PA Specifications. Dietary Department will notify vendor of quantities for each delivery. Alternate deliveries may be arranged as required. Quantities may be adjusted at the request of the Dietary Department to meet the needs of our consumers. Delivery to be made the day specified, between the hour of 8:00am and 11:45am. Delivery not made on a state holiday. Bids are due May 22, 2024 by 2:00pm and must be submitted electronically. Late bids will be disqualified. Contractors must enter firm prices for all items and provide appropriate responses to all “Mandatory Attributes” contained in the solicitation.
