Thereafter, proposals will be opened in public and read aloud or opened and read aloud pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Governor’s Executive Orders. Responses received after this date and time will not be accepted. Beginning Tuesday June 25, 2024, specifications and proposal documents may be obtained from the Engineering Office on the second floor of Enfield Town Hall, 820 Enfield Street, Enfield, CT. A one hundred dollar ($100) non-refundable deposit is required for each set of printed documents or electronically, at no cost, by email request to [email protected].
