The WALTER REED NATIONAL MILITARY MEDICAL CENTER BETHESDA (WNNMCB) Acquisition Management Department, Bethesda, MD on Behalf of MAIN OPERATING ROOM intends to award a sole source procurement to TERUMO CARDIOVASCULAR  for medical equipment fresenius C.A.T. Plus to assist with blood loss.  

Urgent Requirement:
The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the
Government intends to solicit and negotiate w/only one source under
authority of FAR 6.302. Only one responsible source and no other supplies
or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request
for competitive bids. A determination by the Government not to compete this
procurement based on response to this notice is soley within the discretion
of the Government. Award will be made using SAP. THIS SOLICITATION IS NOT
FOR OPEN BIDS.
