This is notification that an award will be made in accordance with 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition, to Raymond Express International, 320 Harbor Way, San Francisco, CA, 94080, as a bridge contract in order to continue freight forwarding services for military customers in Korea. The proposed period of performance is 01 October 2010 through 30 September 2011. The J&A will be posted at time of award.
