The United States Forces-Iraq (USF-I) has a requirement for freight forwarding services at Baghdad International Airport (BIAP).  The procurement of these services shall require the contractor to provide all resources necessary to store, secure and distribute materials throughout the country of Iraq.  The contractor shall retrieve cargo from Iraqi Customs or other locations on BIAP and secure materials until distributed to the customer. 

Currently, all cargo movement operations are being conducted by the incumbent vendor (The Public Warehousing Company K.S.C., aka Agility).  The contractor shall provide the necessary resources, material handling equipment, vehicles, and fuel to perform all cargo operations for cargo located at Baghdad International Airport (BIAP), Iraq.   The contractor shall provide the necessary equipment and manning to execute daytime cargo operations to include supervisory and management personnel.  The contractor shall provide fully trained and qualified personnel to perform loading, unloading, palletizing of cargo for ground transportation.
