Update for offerors that submitted a proposal:

NRC received a much larger number of proposals resulting from the solicitation than NRC had anticipated, and the proposal evaluation process has therefore taken much longer than originally anticipated.

NRC hopes to complete the evaluation of proposals and internal reviews of that evaluation within the next thirty days.  Once that process is completed, NRC intends to establish a competitive range and will inform offerors as soon as possible thereafter regarding their status of inclusion in, or exclusion from, that competitive range. 

Despite the change in response date in this notice (which FedBizOpps required so that this update can be posted), NRC does not seek proposal revisions at this time, and NRC cannot consider any proposal revisions from offerors, at this time.  After the competitive range is established, NRC will conduct discussions and request proposal revisions from the offeror(s) in the competitive range.
