Sealed bids are invited for the construction of Fredericksburg Readiness Center MOV Parking Expansion, 17-0013, 123-18369-007 at Fredericksburg, VA. The project is generally described as site demolition and improvements to existing MOV parking lot including fencing and drainage structures. Sealed bids will be received at Department of Military Affairs, Building 316 Fort Pickett, Blackstone, VA 23824. The deadline for submitting bids is 3:30 PM sharp, as determined by the Bid Officer, on February 26, 2020. The bids will be opened publicly and read aloud beginning at 3:30 PM, on February 27, 2020 at the same location. All bids SHALL be submitted in a sealed envelope.
