This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site www.fedbizopps.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Fraser-Volpe is to provide repair services for Fraser-Volpe stabilized binoculars, including models MK-X, Observer, and Aviator. Based on extensive research conducted with knowledgeable individuals in Government and the related industry, Fraser-Volpe has been deemed the only one responsible source that can provide the requested repairs.
