THE NEW YORK POWER AUTHORITY (HEREINAFTER "THE AUTHORITY" OR “NYPA”) IS SEEKING PROPOSALS FOR THE ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT AND CONSTRUCTION (EPC) OF FIBER CABLES BETWEEN FRASER SVC FACILITIES, WHICH INCLUDES THE INSTALLATION OF CONDUIT AND SPARES BETWEEN FRASER SVC TO FRASER ANNEX, NYSEG YARD, AND GF5 FIBER MANHOLE. THE WORK INCLUDES FURNISHING, INSTALLATION, TESTING, AND COMMISSIONING BY THE CONTRACTOR WITH THE AUTHORITY’S SUPERVISION. A pre-bid meeting will be held prior to bid submittal. Firms/entities are hereby directed to make use of the New York Power Authority's website at www.nypa.gov in order to obtain instructions on participating in submitting company information through Ariba. Commensurate experience is required for this project. Further details on qualifications/requirements can be found in the Scope of Work.
