The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) is seeking an Expression of Interest (EOI) from prospective contractors who may be interested in competing, on a full and open basis, for the contract to supply onboard railcar Event Recorders that complies with FRA Rule 49 CFR Part 229 and IEEE Std 1482.1-1999.

Your response must be received, on the EOI Response Form as stated in the attached request, no later than 10:00AM on Friday, September 17, 20010 via E-mail [email protected].

Also note that if you have any questions, Technical or Contractual, please E-mail them to Ms. Cathy P. Rooths ([email protected]) by no later than 10:00AM on Friday, September 3, 20010. We will provide written answers, by e-mail, to all those who get a copy of this EOI.
