Amendment #1, Full Solicitation add 5/12/15

The USDA Forest Service, Superior National Forest, located in Duluth Minnesota anticipates issuing a Request for Proposals to replace culverts and produce, haul and spread crushed aggregate surfacing on FR 170 (The Grade) for 6.8 miles starting at Cook County #2 (Sawbill Trail) and ending at the Crescent Lake Campground. Project also includes roadside debris cleanup and ditching construction/reconstruction. The project is located on the Tofte Ranger District (Cook County, MN) on the Superior National Forest.

The contractor(s) shall provide all expertise, labor, supervision, services, equipment, tools, supplies, and permits (when and if required), transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform the roadway resurfacing and culvert replacement along with other associated minor activities.
 
Price range is between $350,000 and $500,000 with options.

In order to receive award under this RFP the successful offeror shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), and have completed the online representations and certifications (www.orca.gov) data base. NAICS: 237310, the size standard is $14 Million. This project is being solicited as a 100% set aside for Small Business. All work is to comply with local, Federal and State codes and is subject to Department of Labor wage rates. Solicitation Number AG-63A9-S-15-0010.

All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Forest Service.
