Intent to Sole Source The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Shipley Communications, Inc., 744 W Marsh CV, Draper, UT 84020, as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-(b), soliciting from a single source to satisfy agency requirements. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. Capability statements received by the response date of this announcement may be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement to Shipley Communications, Inc. that will provide the following: Item Description: CLIN 0001-AA: Contractor shall provide codes for online access to Four Lenses assessments for Airman Leadership School, NCO Academy, and EPME Instructor Course classes worldwide. The codes will allow students access to take the Four Lenses Assessment. Qty 25,000 accesses (assessments), 1 year) Firms responding to this request are asked to provide the following information in their initial response: company's full name, business size, address, point of contact, and a clear indication as to whether or not they can provide the item that the government is seeking. If you have an "or equal" online assessment it must meet the following criteria: Self-assessment instrument that provides EPME students with a one-page report/result indicating the student's personal preferences in relation to four temperaments, which are Blue, Gold, Green, and Orange. It must support the required institutional competency of Develop Self along with People and Team (leading people and fostering collaborative relationships). Self-assessment instrument and resulting report must support the content already developed and implemented at Airman Leadership School, NCO Academy, and the EPME Instructor Course.
