The NRO Advanced Systems and Technology Office (AS&T) office is pleased to release a
solicitation for a potential multiple phase program “Foundational Photonics.” The full solicitation can
be found on the NRO ARC at acq.westfields.net. Registration on the ARC is required to submit a
proposal for Foundational Photonics. Registration should be completed prior to 25 May 2021 at
1700 ET. Failure to register will result in the inability to submit a proposal. Q&A will be open until
1600 ET on 28 May 2021. The final date and time to submit proposals is 11 June 2021 at 1600 ET.
Please note it is the Offeror’s responsibility to verify proposal(s) submitted electronically are
complete and properly submitted prior to the due date and time. The website will automatically
prevent registrations and stop accepting proposal submissions and file uploads at each of the
