Williamsburg-James City County Public Schools (WJCC) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide Foundational Literacy Decodable Texts for grades K-2. The Division is interested in materials that will enable the Williamsburg-James City Public Schools staff to support students with applying phonics skills and build student confidence in their abilities to read full sentences and short stories.
