The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives intends to negotiate a sole-source multi-year award with Foster & Freeman of Sterling, VA. Foster and Freeman is the sole manufacturer and service provider for the MVC3000 and MVC5000 Superglue Fuming Cabinets and DCS Systems at ATF's Laboratories in Beltsville, MD; Atlanta, GA; and Walnut Creek, CA. These items can only by purchased in the United States through Foster and Freeman and be serviced or repaired by a certified Foster and Freeman service engineer. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS.
