The Naval Air Warfare Center – Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Harris Corporation, Rochester, NY to procure 8 each p/n AN/PRC-152(V)1(C) Handheld Radios, 12 each p/n 10075-1399 H-250 Handsets, 3 each p/n RF-5073VSM Shock Mounts for RF-5033PA, 3 each p/n RF-382A-15 couplers, 4 each p/n AN/PRC-117G(V)1(C) Multi-band Radios, 8 each p/n AN/PRC-117F Multi-band Radios, 2 each p/n RF-7800M-MP011 Radio Assemblies, 4 each p/n RF-5800M-MP208 Manpack Radios, 4 each p/n RF-310M-HH005 Multi-band Radios, and 3 each p/n AN/PRC-150(C) Radios. The government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. The government does not own current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
