These items are required to support the FOSOV Sustainment Program. The receiver provides precision guidance capabilities for vehicular and hand-held applications. The government intends to solicit and negotiate on an other then full and open competitive basis with Rockwell Collilns, Inc of Cedar Rapids, IA under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one resonsible source and no other services or supplies will satisfy agency requirements Interested parties may submit capability statement in which to identify their interest and capability.
