The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to enter into limited competition between RLC Electronics and it's authorized distributors for the Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) manual single pole double throw (SPDT)SM-2-N coaxial switch QTY 408, and manual single-pole, five-throw switches  (SP5T) SM-5-N coaxial switch QTY 136. The switches are used in conjunction with the current Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) suites found within the Family of Special Operations Vehicles (FOSOV) Ground Mobility Vehicle (GMV).  The coaxial switches interoperate with various radios, amplifiers, and antennas that are part of the C4ISR suite.  The configurations included in this equipment specifically work in conjunction with other equipment designed into the GMV platform.  RLC Electronics is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the switches.  The Government does not have the detailed data available for this effort.  NAWCADLKE intends to procure these items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1.  Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement.  .  No solicitation package is available for this procurement.  All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.  A determination by the Government not to open the requirement based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
