The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command, New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command - Armaments Research, Development and Engineering Center (RDECOM-ARDEC), located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to award a call order for one (1) Brand Name Fortus 450MC 3D Printer off of an existing Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) on a Limited Source competition basis. The Limited Source Justification & Approval (J&A), currently being staffed, addresses duplication costs to the Government. The Authority for this procurement comes under 10 USC 2304(c) (1) where no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
