Notice of Intent to Sole-Source:  The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Knox, KY intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to Fort Worth Independent School District to support the Fort Worth Independent School District Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) lodging during the period of performance from 20-24 June 2021 with no option periods.  The requirement is to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform services required to include lodging, use of a camp multi-purpose lodge building, aid station, mess hall, CT/land navigation training area, high and low ROPES course, cadet stakes, one rope bridge, drown proofing course, orienteering course, climbing wall, and logistics center for 80 cadets and 45 cadre members.  The facility shall be within 50 miles of the Fort Woth Independent School District Office, Fort Worth, Texas.  Market research has demonstrated that Fort Worth Independent School District is the only entity able to meet all lodging and facility requirements.
