This is the solicitation notification for the Fort Randall Restroom Rehabilitation. All bid offers are due on or before 23 August 2024 by 2:00 PM CT. The bid opening will be conducted at 3:00 PM CT and the conference number will be emailed to the Contractors that have provide a bid offer and other potential contractors on the morning of the bid opening.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
The goal of this project is to award a contract for the renovation/rehabilitation of the lobby (Elev. 1273.0) and Admin Area (Elev. 1291.0) restrooms. Restrooms need to be updated to meet ADA handicap accessibility standards, including doorway modifications as well as replace broken and excessively worn plumbing fixtures and restroom accessories. The work will include reconfiguration of the lobby level women’s restroom to incorporate a women’s nursing room, which will require new wall paint and tile patchwork around the new door opening in the lobby hallway.
