REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) 22-54-1514 FORSYTH COUNTY ADMINISTRATION CAMPUS State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (CSLFRF) a part of the American Rescue Plan The Forsyth County Board of Commissioners is soliciting qualifications from qualified firms to provide qualifications for the Forsyth County New Administration Building, Employee Services and the Whole Health Center. The Forsyth County New Administration and Employee Services Complex will be locally funded and the Whole Health Center will be funded by the Federal Government. Qualifications will be received until 2:00 p.m. local time Thursday, June 16, 2022 at the Forsyth County Procurement Department, 514 West Maple Street, Suite 104, Cumming, GA 30040. Please submit one (1) original document and one (1) flash drive of complete Request for Qualifications. Any qualification received after this date and time will not be accepted. Qualifications will be publicly opened and only names of submitting vendors will be read aloud at 2:30 p.m. An online meeting will set up for the opening.
