The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command, New Jersey (CCNJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) – Armaments Center, located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a modification to already awarded firm fixed price contract to Formlabs Inc, 35 MEDFORD ST STE 201 SOMERVILLE, MA 02143-4237.  Formlabs Inc.  is the only source that is able to fulfill this requirement.

The Authority for this procurement comes under 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii) sole source (including brand name) under the authority of the simplified procedures for certain commercial items.
