It is the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard FISC Norfolk Annex intent to purchase 1 Roll of paper for discontinued Formica Co. (colonial cherry) EAR 648 AUTH Grade MIL-P-17171E TY IV and MIL-STD 1623D applies. Patterns for formica colors are printed on paper, completed formica sheets are made up of paper and resins. Fabricated formica sheets would be mfg using paper from the roll of paper, per Formica Co. Negotiations will be conducted with Formica Co. and/or it's authorized distributors/dealers.
