The objective of this Contract is to provide technical services in support of ongoing Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) remedial actions at the Former Fort Ord including:

The Contractor shall provide the necessary technically qualified staff, materials, and supplies to complete the tasks identified in each Task Order. The Contractor is encouraged to hire within the local geographic area. The Contractor shall be directly responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and completion of all tasks identified. The Contractor shall provide on-site supervision, management, and administration of all Contractor staff. This includes: 1) coordination of work tasks for staff, 2) development and coordination of all work products, and 3) resolving personnel management issues such as vacation and sick leave planning, personnel reviews and appraisals, and other related activities.
