Contractor shall provide one (1) ten-ton forklift with a

driver with rough terrain capability to be used at LSA

for loading and unloading as required. Contractor shall

provide a licensed operator on-site, available within

30 minute recall basis. Contractor shall be responsible

for all required maintenance of the forklift, repair parts,

fuel and all costs associated with the repair and

maintenance of the forklift. If the forklift should become

damaged during the execution of this portion of the

contract. the contractor shall also repair or replace the

forklift at no additional cost to the US Governement

within 6 hours of notification from the COR. Contractor

shall also be responsible for the security of the forklift

when it is not in use.

Period of Performance: Contractor shall provide one

(1) ten-ton forklift for the period beginning 24AUG09 to

07SEP09 and again from 15-20SEP09.

Delivery - Contractor shall deliver one (1) five to ten-ton

forklift to Kozara Barracks in Banja Luka, Bosnia-

Hertzegovina to the LSA and pickup at the same location.
