The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a contract on a sole source basis to Arrowhead Scientific, Inc., Lenexa, KS 66215 for the following items: FISH developers training for two weeks and Comparator Software License. This software and training must be compatible with the current equipment that the FBI currently owns. This requirement will be awarded on a Firm Fixed Price One Rime Buy. All incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 423410 . Arrowhead Scientific LLC is the only source available to meet the FBI's requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
