The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Kaufmann Forensic Actors, LLC located at 2415 Park Street, Columbia, South Carolina for forensic actors in support of Forensic Interviewing of Children Training Seminars. Kaufmann Forensic Actors, LLC is a Small Business and the Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Kaufmann Forensic Actors, LLC possess the credentials and the needed expertise required by the FBI. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations, however, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to this office by 10:00 am, Eastern Daylight Time by October 13, 2010 by email only, to the attention of Catherine A. Markardt, Contracting Officer, at [email protected].

Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Telephone requests will not be considered. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon a response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
