The Government intends to award this requirement on a Sole Source basis to ViaSat, Inc. 785 Elkridge Landing Rd Suite 200,Linthicum Heights, MD 21090 as a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. No hard copy RFQ will be provided. Interested parties may identify their ability to satisfy this requirement and include any unique capabilities to meet or exceed the Government's basic need. Any quote or pricing must be received no later than 6 Sept 2011, 4:00 p.m. HST.
