The 153d Mission Support Contracting Office - Cheyenne, WY intends to award a sole source procurement to FOREFLIGHT LLC., 2323 South Shepherd Drive Suite 912, Houston, TX 77019-7028, for (90) ForeFlight Military Flight Bag Pro subscriptions with the option to renew for (2) years. The justification for restricting competition is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 6.302-5; authorized by Statute. FOREFLIGHT LLC. is the only known source that is an authorized vendor who can provide these exact units/services.

This is not a formal solicitation, nor is this synopsis considered a request for proposals or quotations. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice, but will be used to determine if a comparable source or offerors are more advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative response is received, the procurement will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
