This solicitation is advertises as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 (Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance) and the size standard is $7.5m. The project has an anticipated period of performance of a Base Year and Two (2) Option Years.

Contractor shall be required to perform all work described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the Forebay Reservoir Dredge Cable Lubrication, at the Washington Aqueduct, Washington, DC.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment and other items necessary to perform annual steel cable inspection and lubrication for approximately 4,000 LF of both 3/8" Ø and 1 ¼" Ø stranded steel cable, which cable is connected to the dredge in the Aqueduct's Forebay reservoir for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Baltimore District.
